We are members of the Pet Care Trade Association and British Dog Groomers Association. Members promise to follow a code of practice designed to guarantee the highest standards of animal welfare and customer care.

We do not cage dogs.
We run an appointment system which means that your dog will remain with us for the time it takes to groom them. Your pet will receive one-on-one care and attention whilst they are with us.
